OLW 2014 - Move

Hello and happy Tuesday to you!

It's time for a new challenge at Challenge Yourself!  The challenge for this month is OLW - One Little Word.  It's a word of your choice that you will focus on and reflect upon throughout the year.  Surprisingly a word jumped out at me instantly.
Yes, move is my OLW.  Let me explain why I chose it, I have a few different reasons.  Number 1 being - MOVE IT!  Meaning, I will keep up with my daily workouts with more passion to stay healthy.  This is important to me.  Number 2 - MOVE FORWARD!  It's time to focus on my future, make it more meaningful and to stay happy.  Lastly number 3 - MOVE ME!  I'm going to start doing more things that inspire me and make me feel good.

Completing this layout was very inspiring actually, so I'm off to a good start.  And here it is.

This is me, showing off my new treadmill, which is only a couple weeks old.  It replaces the one that finally broke down after 15+ years.  I just love it!  It's one of the best purchases I've ever made.

For this layout I used Soho Garden by American Crafts.  It was a great way to use up scraps that I had in the collection.  It's so hard for me to throw any scraps away.  They do come in handy when you complete patchwork layouts such as this.  With my star punch I was able to use both the positive and negative pieces.  The patterned stars are popped.

Here are a few close ups for better viewing

I do hope you give this challenge a try.  If you are new to OLW or you just need a jumpstart, please head over to Challenge Yourself for lots of inspiration!  Link up by February 5 for a chance to win some goodies!

Thanks so much for stopping by and happy scrapping to you!
