A big hello to all my crafty friends!
I'm back!!!
Oh. My. Goodness. I've been away for far too long! I fell into a design funk and lost my scrappy mojo. Has this happened to you? Well, I'm feeling it again and ready to get started!!
First off... Happy New Year to each and everyone of you! May 2020 be full of love, good health and all things happy.
Secondly, I want to thank Sharon, from Challenge YOUrself, for welcoming me back as a designer on her team!! This is exactly what I needed to get my mojo back. This is the perfect way to start off the New Year!
So, with that being said, I want to share with you my first layout of the New Year with the first challenge of the year at Challenge YOUrself. This month it's all about that One Little Word. Choose a word to focus on and reflect upon throughout the new year. Create a layout that celebrates that word and remember to include YOU in the photo. Here's mine...
My OLW is Accomplish. Definition: "to complete".
I desperately need this in my life and I'm going to make this the year the year where I complete what I start. No more pushing unfinished projects aside. It's time for me to walk my talk!
For this layout I used my October 2019 scrapbook kit from Hip Kit Club. Some of the small detailing are from my own stash, such as the misting, washi tape and enamel dots. Here are a couple of closeups to see those little details.
Now it's your turn! Please join in! Think about that one word that really talks to you and scrap it. You'll be surprised at how good it will make you feel. I'm excited to see what you create!
And don't forget to include YOU in the photo. That's a must! Be sure to link up by February 5 for your chance to win a great prize. Stop by Challenge YOUrself for tons of inspiration and for full challenge rules.
Thanks so much for stopping by. It feels so good to be back!
Happy scrapping,
Tracy :)
